Welcome to Runley. Runley is a digital platform for discovering and showcasing road races in Greece, connecting runners with race organizers. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Signing up for Runley requires an email address and password. During sign-up, the user chooses one of the following roles:
Every user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information at sign-up and to be at least 18 years old, or to have parental/guardian consent.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account security. Runley is not liable for damages arising from your failure to meet these security obligations.
Race Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness and copyright of the content they post, including event details, dates, prices, images, descriptions and registration links.
The organizer guarantees that they hold all necessary rights and permissions to publish their content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights or applicable law. Runley reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, suspend or modify any content it deems inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or non-compliant with these terms.
You agree not to misuse the platform, not to post misleading or false listings, not to harass other users, and not to attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Runley operates solely as a directory and listing intermediary for events. Runley does NOT process payments and does NOT handle race registrations. When a runner chooses to register for a race, they are redirected to the relevant Organizer's external website, where the entire transaction is completed.
As such, Runley is not a party to any transaction, agreement or relationship between runners and organizers, and bears no responsibility whatsoever for:
Any transaction carried out through external websites is governed solely by their own terms and policies, for which Runley bears no responsibility.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runley is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any question about these Terms of Use, contact us at runley.gr@gmail.com.

We process your data to create and manage your account, display profiles and events, respond to your requests and — if you opt in — send you updates. External websites have their own privacy policies, for which Runley bears no responsibility. We recommend reading them before providing personal data.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. After your account is deleted, your data is deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.
